Spectrum Metal Finishing’s innovative powder application process utilizes an electrostatic charge to ensure good wrap, penetration, and that all material is evenly coated.  Spectrum’s environmentally friendly process recycles unused powder reducing cost and waste.  Our pretreatment process includes an off-line immersion process used in every automotive coating line to pre-treat the entire part including all recessed areas that many of the in-line spray washers may miss.

Spectrum Metal Finishing’s dedicated liquid painting system also utilizes an electrostatic charge between the component and the paint.  This creates greater efficiencies with better wrap and penetration while making sure recessed areas are thoroughly coated.
